Market stats for the first 4 months of 2012 in Canterberry Crossing. 

Believe it or not home prices in Canterberry Crossing are only down 6.53% from the highs of 2008. Just to clarify, I’m saying that the average price per sqft is down 6.53%.

2011 wasn’t very different from the last 3 years as home sales appear to the pretty normal. Nothing in the home sales data shows major changes. Canterberry has always been a top neighborhood for relocation buyers and move up buyers in the Parker area.

There were a total of 116 homes sold in Canterberry Crossing in 2011. The average sales price was $289,917 with an average price per SQFT of $129. The average price per FINISHED sqft was $113. The highest sales price for 2011 was $515,000.
